The villa is located in a dead-end street in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from the Benissa Coast, where we find several coves that are a must-visit due to their extraordinary beauty, as well as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.

Benissa is a beautiful coastal city that enjoys a sophisticated atmosphere where you can visit a wide variety of places, from the Bernia mountains to the coast with some of the most prestigious beaches on the Costa Blanca. Benissa offers several hiking routes, water sports and typical gastronomy. From the street, we access the parking lot and the house. We enter a hall from which we access the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a living room with A/C.

From this living room, via spiral stairs, you can access the ground floor, where there are two living rooms, both with A/C and a dining room, next to the modern, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. From the ground floor, you can access the private pool surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds, a barbecue and a beautiful garden that gives you a magical feeling to obtain the Mediterranean essence of summer days with a pleasant degree of privacy and tranquillity.
