Villa Licia is located in the lush greenery of the Località Pignattaia, near Siena. The 3,000 m² property has a large outdoor swimming pool, a whirlpool and several areas for sitting and relaxing. An idyllic atmosphere is guaranteed by the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, embellished by numerous trees and flowers. The villa can accommodate 8 guests and also welcomes pets. The villa is 500 m² and has 3 floors. The rustic interior welcomes you with 2 living rooms, a study, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Oven, stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - everything you need to prepare and store food. And if you get tired of cooking indoors, there is a summer kitchen with barbecue area on the terrace.
Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 2 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor, all are spacious and extremely comfortable, with large double beds or single beds. An added bonus is the exit to the balcony, as well as the private bathroom enjoyed by 2 of the bedrooms. The villa has a total of 5 bathrooms spread over all floors, plus a guest toilet.
Although the interior is extremely attractive, the real magic takes place in the courtyard. Swimming pool with deck chairs, whirlpool, outdoor dining area surrounded by climbing plants, vegetable garden and several relaxation areas.
