Loved my stay here...
The apartment is newly remodeled and stocked with everything you might need. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and I appreciated having a washing machine. The apartment opens to an interior terrace and so is very quiet—I didn’t hear noise from any other apartments next to or above this one. The terrace is mostly a simple patio, and in July it was not tempting to hang out there much, but it was nice for drying clothes. The location is also great—a medium walk or short subway ride to Valencia’s attractions and Joaquin Sorolla train station and near lots of grocery stores and restaurants. The owners-managers were very responsive and quick to answer my questions. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Valencia.
I can't think of anything important, but maybe a long-handled squeegee in the bathroom to be able to get water from the floor back in the drain? Once I figured out how to position the shower head I didn't have a problem, but before that I got more of the floor wet than I wanted. This was a problem I had in many remodeled hotels/apartments where there was no bathtub or shower base. :)
