Welcome to Nashville! Conveniently located on the Cumberland River between Germantown and downtown Nashville, our condo puts you in the middle of the best that Nashville has to offer. Nissan (Tennessee Titans) Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman Auditorium, Broadway and The Country Music Hall of Fame are all a short walk or Uber ride away. The Germantown neighborhood is undergoing a renaissance and begs for you to explore it's pubs and restaurants. When you stay with us, you really are in the middle of the action!
Our inviting one bedroom condo accomodates up to 4 adults. We have all the amenities you need whether you are staying for the weekend or a month! The bedroom features a comfy queen sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and and ample furnishings to accomodate your needs during your stay. The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, dining table with seating for four, and a small bar with stemware, ice bucket and bar tools. A fully equipped kitchen will meet whatever needs you have, from cooking a full meal to coffee and bagels in the morning. Enjoy high speed internet and cable on a large Sony flat screen TV. Enjoy your music through our bluetooth Sonos speakers. Finally, mix a cocktail or pour a glass of wine and relax on the balcony. Facing west, it offers superb sunsets and views of the Nashville skyline. Both the workout room and laundry facility are located in our building and there is covered, free parking on the premises. Great little condo with about a 20 minute walk to broadway & quick car times to most things in the city. Host had excellent communication & accommodating to our group.

Home away from Home

Comfy, cozy, comfortable.. bed was plush, linens cotten and luxurious.. couch was also very comfortable for sitting on .. everything was sparkling and clean..bright and light filled. Molly was a great host.. responsive, timely and pleasant.. explaining whatever was needed.. The condo was inly a mile from Broadway, and parking provided under cover. We reccomend staying here for quality, convenience and comfort.

Great Location

My husband and I were in town for a long weekend to see a concert at Ascend Amphitheater and the condo was in a great location. Very easy to find, not far from our exit off the interstate. The condo was very nice and super clean! I search out all the rentals with the top cleanliness ratings and this did not disappoint. Perfect for two people. It is located right on river and a short walk to all the downtown fun. Broadway is fun, but we like to go off the beaten path to eat and shop. We thought we would Uber to the amphitheater, but only took us 15-20 mins to walk. We didn’t use Uber all weekend. Our host was very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Good apartment,poor location

Unfortunately the condo is situated in an area that is not yet fully developed. Myself and my wife were uncomfortable with the walk into the downtown area as there is a lot of homeless people in the area around the complex. Complex is also beside the downtown jail and bail bonds buildings.

perfect accomodations!

we came into town for a concert and were able to walk easily from this comfortable, well appointed property. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the new coffee machine was much appreciated! The decor was spot on and the place was spotless! There was so much attention to detail and the extre TP, shampoo, snacks etc were much appreciated. Short walk to coffee shops and restaurants in Germantown and a very short uber downtown to Broadway (also walkable if the weather wasn't so hot). We would definitely stay here again! thnks Mollie!

Perfect for our vacation

Nashville has been on our bucket list for a long time and when we found out Alanis Morissette was going to perform at Bridgestone Arena we jumped at the opportunity to see both! The condo was perfect for the two of us. All furnishings were in excellent condition and very comfortable. The coffee machine is amazing and we appreciated the water and ice in the fridge. Mollie was excellent to keep in touch with, answering all my questions promptly and was kind enough to allow us a later check-out. We didnt use the pool but saw a number of families with young kids enjoying it. Just about everything we wanted to do/see was only about a 20 minute walk away. We picked up a few groceries the first night and found a AAA ballgame so took that in too. One thing we hadnt researched was the distance to The Opry and had to make travel arrangements for that but easy enough. So many great bars/honky-tonks and bands. Places we recommend that you might otherwise miss: Union Station Hotel, beautiful lobby to look at and interesting history; The Musicians Hall of Fame, covering all music genres; Hi-Wire Brewing ($5 pints at happy hour!); Marble Fox Brewing; Nashville Spoon and Saloon, the deep fried pickles, yum!; Rudy's Jazz Room, the shrimp gumbo is a must; take in a ballgame, it's less than a 10 minute walk. Walking back at night I was a little nervous the first time but once we knew how to skirt around the darker parts using 2nd & 3rd Aves it was fine. Would stay again for sure!

Best place to stay durin CMAFest

We had a great stay during CMAFest. The location was perfect for a short (35 min) walk to all the activities. No rental car needed and was away from the noise but close enough to be part of the fun. Super comfortable for my daughter and I. The host was terrific.

Impeccably clean and adorable

The host was definitely a 10 out of 10! Mollie went above and beyond! Towels were soft, sheets were soft, bed was great, sofa was cozy. She went out of her way to add some little treats and extras. The coffee machine is everything! Wonderful location. About a 15 minute walk to Broadway. It has everything you need! Very spacious! Just note there is no elevator so if your luggage is heavy, just be prepared to carry it up three flights of stairs. But everything is worth it! Perfect cozy little condo for a getaway! Everything is brand new and renovated. I highly recommend this host and this condo. 😄😄

Great Location!

Beautiful, clean, quiet condo with lots of nice personal touches. The location is great! Met Mollie on our arrival. She was very nice and explained a few things to us. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. Loved the snacks left for us :) We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our visit to Nashville

Mollie was a wonderful host - gave us all the details we needed for our stay, easy to communicate with, and responsive to all our questions. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was close to downtown yet removed from all the traffic and noise. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying at Mollie’s condo. It’s beautiful, clean and a short Uber ride to Broadway. All such important factors. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Mollie was unbelievably kind and informative. For us, this was a great find. Great location

Very clean condo that was in a nice location walking within walking distance to Broadway and all the attractions there. Very quiet area, except for when trains went by. But that wasn't often enough to notice.

Condo was recently updated, new furniture and appliances, very clean, decorated to make you feel at home. Close to be able to walk to many places. Drawback was construction nearby, but that’s progress for the future. The hostess Mollie was wonderful to work with and gave detailed information. Picture on VRBO needs to be updated to show remodel and new furniture. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Anniversary Trip

First let’s start with how clean the apartment was - definitely the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The bed is super comfortable, the space is perfect with just enough room for things and all the stuff you may need for your stay. The host was fabulous and worked with my husband to surprise me with champagne, chocolates and roses inside when we arrived! Would definitely stay again when we come back to Nashville.
