The house was very relaxing to stay at. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We liked having a house to stay at where we can cook and enjoy our vacation. The pool wasn't as hot as they said it was. The dart board was missing from the house.

Disney Trip for Granddaughter

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The interior was amazing. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The property was close to Disney and other attractions in Orlando. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday family vacation

We stayed at this property for 6 nights during our family vacation and we absolutely enjoyed it. I loved the fact that the house was located on the corner and in a gated community. We were there during New Year’s and felt very safe. The house was clean and the heated pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Check in and check out was easy and the owner, Colette was very responsive. The only issue was traffic, so if you have to be somewhere, give yourself extra time. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend Colette’s property.

Family Reunion- Success

Overall, great unit just as advertised. Private pool was great too. Mattresses could use an upgrade, would have paid more for a more comfortable mattress.

Family vacation

We stayed at the property during July 2024. We are family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The property is in a lovely gated complex with an on site pool, jacuzzi, mini golf and tiki bar. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The villa pool had a selection of pool toys, floats and towels and was a lovely temperature. The jacuzzi was set to a perfect heat and great to relax with a wine while my husband used the BBQ. The kitchen was really well stocked, although a few more oven trays would be helpful. A great bonus was the various herbs, oils etc that were left in the cupboards and perfect for cooking. The games room was brilliant entertainment for our teens as sometimes the weather was too stormy for the pool after a day at the parks. The washing facilities are fab and have complimentary detergent. All the beds are super comfortable and we had no complaints about sleeping. Collette the host was very efficient and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The distance to the parks is about 40mins drive but can take much longer on an evening due to traffic. There are 2 well stocked supermarkets, take-aways and restaurants within 2 miles of the property.

We had a great stay . Loved the house, and the heated pool and jacuzzi were a bonus that was used often. Would definitely return. Our host Colette was very helpful and very prompt in replying to me hen contacted.

Wonderful home

This house was perfect. Had all the little things we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and all the little extras we needed to be comfortable. The pool area with the oversized eating area was my favorite place to hang out. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. In a very nice gated community. Went to the community pool and enjoyed a cocktail

Great villa in Florida

A great week at this villa. Great villa for a family of all ages, lots of space, large pool and spa. We have stayed in Solana several times, but this is was the best yet. Would highly recommend this home for anyone considering a villa.

The Spring Games Stay

Collette was not available when we arrived, however a very nice gentleman did respond immediately to us. The house is in a nice location and the community is nice. Gated entrance, safe, community pool etc. my wife and I checked in with our 4 children for a family vacation and were met with a mold odor in the master bedroom. There was visible mold on the windows of that bedroom as well as well as the bedroom next to the master. This might not affect everyone, however my wife and I are severely sensitive to mold and were unable to stay in the house. The gentleman we spoke with was very helpful and concerned. He immediately contacted VRBO and offered us a full refund. He also extended an offer for us to stay in the house as long as we needed until we could find other accommodations free of charge. This was very generous of him and we were appreciative. With a deep cleaning this house is a perfect place for a fun family getaway. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and everything looked nice. We were disappointed we weren’t able to stay, but quickly found a similar house just 5 miles away.
