This 2-bedroom apartment in Troia is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to relax and unwind.

The property is located on the second floor and accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze for added convenience.

The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers free street parking, making it easy for guests to explore the surrounding areas in their vehicles.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the property is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs.

Troia is a destination that blends natural beauty, historical richness, and modern luxury. Located in the Setúbal District between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sado River, Troia offers a unique combination of coastal and riverine landscapes.

Troia is renowned for its pristine sandy beaches and clear blue waters; it is a haven for beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts. The area is ideal for sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking activities. The Sado Estuary, home to a resident population of bottlenose dolphins, offers popular dolphin-watching tours.

The peninsula also boasts diverse flora and fauna, including the Troia Dunes Botanical Reserve, which protects a unique dune ecosystem. Bird watching is excellent here, with opportunities to observe flamingos and other species. For those who enjoy cycling and hiking, Troia offers numerous trails and pathways that showcase its natural beauty and scenic vistas.

Troia is easily accessible by ferry from Setúbal, offering a scenic and convenient mode of transportation across the Sado River. Located approximately 50 kilometres south of Lisbon, Troia is a convenient getaway for residents and visitors to the capital city.

The nearest marina, Atlantic Ferries - Tróia Norte (Marina de Troia), is just a 7-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 90-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
