The house, with its unique and innovative design, comfortably accommodates up to 7 people and spans over 2 floors, each equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. There is also a basement (-1 floor) not intended for rent.

The ground floor, illuminated by a two-story high window, consists of an airy open space where the living room, island kitchen, dining area, and relaxation area located on the upper mezzanine blend harmoniously. The large window allows natural light to be enjoyed throughout the day and separates the open space from the terrace, offering an enchanting view of the surrounding nature.

On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, both equipped with specially designed and built-in wardrobes.

The second floor features a relaxation area on the mezzanine, a small study, a storage room, and a spacious single room connected to another mezzanine with two Japanese-style built-in beds.

Additionally, the villa offers 250 square meters of paved outdoor space for sports activities. We provide a ping-pong table, an abdominal bench, and weights.
