A 15 minute walk will take you to the resort centre called San Blas. Here there are 3 pretty squares with boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks etc. The more commercialised resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a 20 min drive away.

A real feature of this property is the large terrace that wraps around 2 sides of the apartment.
Patio doors off the living room lead to the large side sunny side terrace with views to the marina. The master bedroom has it's own terrace at the front of the property once again with magnificent sea views.
