The apartment is located in a historic building in Via Bontempi, called Palazzo Baldelli-Bombelli, a building dating back to 1644. What characterizes the apartment is certainly the presence of two rooms with original frescoed ceilings of the time, respectively the entrance area where there is a sofa bed and a living area with dining table. The apartment is approximately 200 m2, with a kitchen, a double bedroom with a view of the alleys of the historic city, a master bedroom with wooden beam ceilings with a bed on the mezzanine and en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with shower and a laundry area where there is the second shower.
