There a good sized bathroom and an open floorplan with kitchen, dining area and living area. Access to the balcony from the living room - and from the second bedroom. Both bedrooms has a good size and has a 180 cm continental bed and storage. The property is gated and it lies secluded from the street to give you maximum privacy and comfort.
