Ideal for families and couples, professionals & small groups of friends who wish a very central spot to explore by walk the multifarious Athenian city center by living in one of the oldest Athenian neighborhoods.
Our 58m2 second floor flat can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second offers two single beds that can also be joined to make another double bed, upon request.

Both rooms offer air conditioning units (of 12000 BTUs each) and smart TV sets (43’’ each).

The double-bed room offers access to our cute balcony overlooking the main street.

The flat has been recently renovated and offers a modern bathroom with shower cabin. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day and a dining table suitable for 4 guests.

The Location
Our apartment is strategically located in the historic area of Thissio right under Acropolis Hill. With just a few minutes (3-4') walk from our entrance you can reach the pedestrian Apostolou Pavlou Street, from where you can easily walk to Thissio and Monastiraki metro stations, to the Acropolis entrance or its Museum, to Plaka quarter or Syntagma Square.

The area offers, within walking distance, a wide range of shops, cafes, and all types of restaurants as well as the iconic Thission Open Air Cinema with Acropolis views.

Supermarkets, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies etc. are all within a walking distance of maximum 5 minutes.

The apartment is 5-10 minutes walk from both Thissio and Kerameikos metro stations. Kerameikos station is directly connected to the airport and Thissio station is directly connected to Piraeus port.

If you decide to come by car, on-street parking is free. In addition, parking space is usually not a problem in our neighborhood.

Last but not least, the neighborhood is very safe and touristic-friendly.
