Experience this spacious, well-decorated 100m² flat in Copacabana, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

The living room is an invitation to comfort, equipped with two sofas, a relaxing hammock, smart TV and an elegant sideboard. The dining table provides the perfect setting for get-togethers during your stay, while the air conditioning ensures the ideal climate at any time of year. The kitchen is fully equipped with various utensils and appliances, including a laundry area, making it easy to organise your day-to-day life.

The flat also includes three cosy bedrooms: one with twin beds and two with double beds. Both have dedicated work spaces, perfect for those who need to stay productive during their stay. All the rooms have large wardrobes for your convenience and air conditioning as well. There's also a spacious bathroom with a well-lit, gas-heated shower. In addition, there is a parking space available in the building for guests who wish to park their car. However, it is important to note that our space is not capable of accommodating large vehicles, so if you have any questions, please get in touch!

Located in one of the best areas of Copacabana, this flat is 600 metres from the beach and close to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Surrounded by an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, bike rental stations, pharmacies, next to a great supermarket and just 500 metres from the metro station, it provides a practical and enriching experience. The area, as well as being famous for its iconic beach with its mosaic promenade, offers a wide range of cultural activities, with easy access to Rio's other tourist attractions, such as Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer.

Next door is the Ipanema neighbourhood, one of the best options for those who want to enjoy Rio de Janeiro. Like Copacabana, it has an excellent transport infrastructure and is full of shops with the best Rio fashion, great restaurants and bars to go to after the beach. The beach, in fact, is one of the main attractions of the neighbourhood, with beautiful crystal-clear waters and a fine strip of sand that enchants all who visit it, making it one of the main postcards of Rio de Janeiro.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
