On the lower level, there is the fourth bedroom with a single bed and a large window offering direct access to the yard and view by the bed overlooking the garden. The fifth bedroom has a pair of twin single beds, a study and large garden view windows.
The property includes one bathroom with shower and plenty of storage spaces. The main ground floor hosts the living room with a spacious dining area, some special pieces of art, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the yard.
