There is a outdoor seating area to the rear as well as free street parking to the front of the property.
Great location for access to the Eithad stadium, the co op live.

Our North Road property offers 4 generous sized bedrooms, there are two twin rooms and two double rooms. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath is on the first floor. Then on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen/dinner and a downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower.
To the rear you have a yard area with outdoor seating to enjoy the nice weather when the sun shines.
The property has been stylishly decorated with vibrant colours and tasteful artwork through out to make you feel at home in our property.
Whether you are in the area visiting friends and family, or staying for business/contractual work you will be able to relax and feel at home here.
On the ground floor there is a separate lounge with a nice bay window overlooking the front of the property. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with a downstair toilet for convenience.
