Port Sunlight Luxury House
This classic two bedroom townhouse has been highly furnished and decorated to create a brilliant stay for our guests. We have everything from Airfriers to baby gates, Netflix to tool storage.
This property is perfect for any type of stay. The location is great for access into Liverpool and Chester. Whilst being next to the heritage site of Port Sunlight.
This stunning three bedroom property has recently been refurbished to a really high standard. It comprises of a modern kitchen, spacious diner, comfortable lounge, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a courtyard in the back. The property also has secure tool storage garage in the garden.
The kitchen is highly equipped comprising the following: Air fryer, Coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Blenders, Baking essentials & crockery, a wide selection of teas & coffees, Microwave, Spices and cooking essentials and lots more house hold amenities.
The diner has a six seater table and chair set.
The lounge consists of a three seater sofa, an armchair and 2 x footstools. We have a wall mounted 55 inch TV with Netflix and other streaming applications.
Bedroom one consists of a large superking that can split into two singles upon request. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a makeup table/desk & mirror. We also have a long mirror than can be moved from room to room. This bedroom comes with a wall mounted 48 inch TV too.
Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe, wall mounted reading light and a wall mounted desk too. There is a wall mounted TV with Netflix.
The bathroom is large and contains bath/shower, toilet and vanity unit. We also have a wall mounted make up mirror too. Toiletries are provided including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, ear buds, toilet roll, hand wash.
We also provide a cot, child safety gates for the stairs and plastic cups/plates for children.
The garden is complete with furniture to sit outside and enjoy the sun.
