Villa Tsikkos Dio in Argaka

Tsikkos Dio is a two storey Cyprus villa, located in a quiet area, just a few steps away from the beach and the local tavernas, in Argaka, at the NW of Cyprus. It is one of five private villas which make up Tsikkos Villas.

This charming holiday home can accommodate a party of six persons in three spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two more can be accommodated in the living room's sofas. It offers a private pool, set in the middle of a wonderful garden, upper balconies overlooking Chrysochous Bay and private parking space for a vehicle.

Layout
The ground level consists of an open plan space with a beautifully furnished, guests WC and a well equipped kitchen. (Air-conditioning in this space is on request and payable directly to the owner 10 euros per day of use). Balcony doors lead to the outside roofed terrace and the pool. At the back of the kitchen, alongside the interior staircase, is set a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A back door opens into a roofed space with pool table and the private parking.

A marble staircase lands on the upper level, which features the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin, with en-suite shower room.
Both bedrooms are connected with a large balcony (surrounding the building), which offers stunning views over the countryside and the Bay of Chrysochous. Comfortable sitting facilities are available for those who wish to enjoy the sunset at the far end of the Bay.

Pool and Terraces
The private pool with a children's section, is located at the middle of the lush garden, surrounded by sunny terraces, an alongside shower and a BBQ, just a couple of steps away from terrace’s dining table.

Pool Extra Information

The pool can be heated on request (notification at least 48 hours prior to guests' arrival) and it is charged an extra 30.00 euros per day and for a minimum duration of 7 days.

Pool towels are available.
