The property has a separate bathroom with shower and mirror which offers a lighting/de-misting function and a wall mounted radiator.

The flat has the benefit of showing off some of the buildings original wooden beams, with it's high ceilings and dangling pendant light fixtures, the flat oozes character, but with an ultra modern finish.

There is an ironing board and iron available for use by guests, situated in the boiler cupboard, to the right hand side of the television unit, along with a linen horse and some other useful household items. There is free Wi-Fi and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and equipment you may need if you decide to cook for yourself, but don't forget you're within a stones throw of some of Northampton's best restaurants!

There are plenty of mirrors, not only one in the bathroom but also on the wardrobes, for anyone wishing to double check their swag before leaving for a meal at a nearby restaurant.

The location of this property is perfect, being not only walking distance to all pubs and restaurants, but also within walking distance of Northampton Racecourse and Abington Park, which is particularly nice for a walk. Northampton Saints Rugby Club and Northampton Football Club are also only a 10 minute car journey, not to mention all of the other surrounding villages and parks there are to visit.
