The location is very good, having a nice balance between the tranquility of a rural environment and the city. Alhaurín el Grande and its beautiful town centre is only 10 minutes away by car. The access road to the accommodation, although asphalted, is bumpy, although with careful driving there are no problems for any type of vehicle.

The swimming pool with a comfortable staircase and the possibility of illuminating it at night, bathing with beautiful views and being able to be attentive to the little ones of the house will give you an extra peace of mind.

Distributed on two floors, it has a spacious living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen complete with electrical appliances. The kitchen has a central island in which you can enjoy this space while cooking, and you will always have a view of the exterior of the plot.

The living-dining room, has a nice decoration, cosy and inviting to watch TV or to rest. For lunch, if you wish and on days when you don't feel like it, you can have lunch or dinner in the dining room next to the living room.

On this floor you can also enjoy two bedrooms with direct access to the outside. Both have double beds, both with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. You will not be indifferent to the decoration of these bedrooms.

A simple, traditional staircase leads to the upper floor, where you have access to two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and access to an outdoor terrace.
