To Iakovos summer house είναι ένα καλόγουστο και άνετο κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι στο χωριό Τριαντάρος, ένα από τα ομορφότερα χωριά του νησιού. Απέχει μόλις 15' οδήγησης από το λιμάνι και προσφέρεται για τις ξένοιαστες διακοπές μίας-δύο οικογενειών ή μίας μεγάλης παρέας. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους . Η θέα του προς το λιμάνι της Τήνου θα σας συναρπάσει και κατά την άφιξή σας θα σας καλωσορίσουμε με ένα welcome basket πρωινού.
Τα υπνοδωμάτια και το κυρίως μπάνιο βρίσκονται στον κάτω όροφο.
Το ενα διπλό δωμάτιο και το δωμάτιο με τις κουκέτες έχουν πρόσβαση στην ίδια βεράντα, ενώ το δεύτερο διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο είναι εσωτερικό.
Το κατάλυμα παρέχει την δυνατότητα φόρτησης ηλεκτρικού αυτοκινήτου ( με πρίζα σούκο μονοφασική και τριφασική )
