Second Floor: Master Suite w/ KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, Second Master Bedroom w/ QueenSize bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 w/ two TwinSize beds, and Bedroom 4 w/ Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed, 3rd Bathroom with Walk-in Shower, and Washer/Dryer area.

This fresh-contemporary decorated two-story townhome is settled in the ideally-located Compass Bay gated community. With access from Poinciana Blvd. and between U.S. 192 and SR 535, guest have easy and quick access to all surrounding attractions, malls, and restaurants & bars, through the major area highways such as Osceola Pkwy, Central Florida Greeneway, I-4, and I-Drive.
The community offers a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, and open areas for picnics with BBQ's under the community's gazebos, and two tot lots for the little ones of the family. Enjoy and come back soon!
The main floor features a great space where the living and dining area coexist with a modern kitchen facing the private courtyard with sitting area, and a half-bathroom.
On the upper level there are two masters, the main has a KingSize bed and the second has a QueenSize bed. Both masters have an en-suite bathroom. Along the hallway there are the two other bedrooms: one with a couple of TwinSize beds and princess style décor, and the other has a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed. Both bedrooms can share a bathroom with walk-in shower in the hallway. The washer/dryer area is also in the hallway.
Ideally located and an amazing vacation home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, whether you are in a family trip or for business, you will find this place perfect!
