Pool heating is 25 Euros per day during the summer, please contact us
for additional details if you require pool heating. During winter, it
is free from 1 November until 30 April. Pool Heating This villa is with
a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature
approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool
heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please
contact us for further assistance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
