A luxurious newly built house of 125m2, spread out in two levels with an unobstructed sea view.
The house has 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and the third has two single beds which can be joined and used as double.
At the upper level there is a large terrace (100sqm) with outdoor lounge furniture and a dining table. The terrace is covered by a pergola with breathtaking sea view so you can enjoy the view all day .
When you enter at the house there is an open plan space that consists from the kitchen, dining table and the sofa with a smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
At the same level there is one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom
At the lower level there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, one more bathroom and the washing machine.

There are silent air-conditioners in each bedroom and in the open-plan area. Hot water is supplied by a hot water heater.


The Location
The house is amphitheatrically built over the beach of Agios Ioannis and has unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea as well as the islands of Syros, Paros and Sifnos.
Agios Ioannis beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Serifos, right next to Psili Ammos beach. The sandy part is under the small church that gave it its name. The beach is a long sandy stretch of raw beauty, full tamarisk trees.
