The space
Master Bedroom:

King Size bed with high-end mattress to ensure your great sleep. Walk-in closet. Dressing table that can be used as a workplace. Bathroom feature a full size standalone bathtub and a shower room. New 65” TV. Sliding doors open to the terrace with lounge seating. Room has direct sea view.

Second Bedroom:

By default room has two single beds. Can be set as one King size bed on request. Dressing table that can be used as a workplace. Second bedroom also has a new 65” TV. Sliding doors open to the terrace with lounge seating. Room has direct sea view.

Living and dining room:

Lounge seating with large couch. New 65” TV. Music centre with a high-end Harman Kardon sound system and vinyl player/turntable. Large dining table. Living room has direct sea view and access to the terrace.

Kitchen with open bar:

Kitchen is fully equipped with german appliances. Has all needed for cooking or hosting a dinner party: glassware, cutlery, irons etc. SMEG espresso maker. Wine fridge at the Bar area.

Terrace:

Large terrace is accessible from every room and has lounge furniture. Terrace is directly facing the sea, Burj Al Arab and Downtown on the horizon.

Resort:

Guests have a free access to private beach, famous lagoon pool and fitness centre. State-of-the-art fitness center fully equipped with Technogym equipment.

Other facilities of the hotel are available at additional cost (not free): Famous breakfast at Crescendo, Anantara SPA Centre, Hotel pool with pool bar, water sports.

Guests have a full access to all facilities of Anantara The Palm 5* Beach Resort. Free access to private beach, famous lagoon pool and fitness centre.
State-of-the-art fitness center fully equipped with Technogym equipment.
Other facilities of the hotel are available at additional cost (not free): Breakfast at Crescendo, Anantara SPA Centre, Hotel pool with pool bar, water sports, restaurants etc.

Free valet parking is available for the guests.
Other things to note
Smoking on the outdoor terrace is allowed. But there is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee, at minimum.
Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
