Casa Lavanda: Rustic Retreat in Baix Empordà with Pool and Tennis Court 12 Minutes from the Beach



Welcome to Casa Lavanda! This summer 2024 we open the doors to this charming rural refuge, located in the picturesque Baix Empordà that offers the perfect balance between tranquility and modern comfort. Located just 12 minutes from Tamariu beach and a few minutes from Palafrugell, our house is ideal for families, groups of friends or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the middle of the countryside.

Casa Lavanda is distributed over two floors and has large spaces so that everyone feels comfortable and welcome.

On the ground floor we find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that connects directly to a large terrace and the garden. On the same floor we find a room with a comfortable single bed, which can be converted into two beds and next to it a toilet.

Going up the stairs, the sleeping area awaits us with 3 cozy rooms that provide the rest you need after a day of adventures. From the upper floor, you can enjoy beautiful views of the environment that surrounds you. 2 rooms are equipped with a double bed and another with a bunk bed for the little ones.

The upstairs consists of a full bathroom.

The garden of Casa Lavanda is a magical place where you can get lost among the vegetation, wild flowers and the freshness of the pool. In addition, sports lovers can enjoy tennis matches on the private court.

It is important to note that parties are strictly prohibited at this property, to guarantee the tranquility and comfort of guests and neighbors.

Parties or noises that may be disturbing are not allowed.Please be respectful of the environment and respect the neighbors' rest.Loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will have a minimum replacement/management cost of €40.

Please note that for check-ins before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. to 22:00 pm we ask for an additional charge of €40, which is payable directly to our key holders, after 22:00 pm. To consult.

According to decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 on the tax regulation of stays in tourist establishments, the following must be charged:€1 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 nights)For stays in tourist apartments or houses in the surroundings of Catalonia. This tax must be charged to all persons over 16 years of age upon arrival.
