This house located in the southern half of the island, ten minutes from the sea, in the Pueblo del Pinar, is ideal for families, friends and couples, as it has capacity for 4 people and a nice terrace with barbecue perfect to enjoy the good atmosphere of the place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on the outside of the house, and a master bedroom with a double bed formed by two single beds on the upper floor of the house. On the main floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living room with a 32” Smart TV and a comfortable sofa.
For added comfort, the house has air conditioning.


The house is an architectural piece of the early twentieth century restored and preserving the essence of the typical architecture of the area. Surrounded by orchards and overlooking a garden with endemic vegetation.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with barbecue, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, electric juicer, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating, towels, sheets, crib and high chair and much more.

The guest can make use of the herbs and fruits or vegetables of the house, just as they can make use of the chicken coop. We like travelers to interact as much as possible with the environment.
