We are located on the east coast of the island, the one that among the others most maintains its intimate and wild spirit, the heart of the island. Rio nell'Elba is certainly one of the oldest villages, perched on a hill facing the sea, it will welcome you with its typical narrow alleys, evidence of its medieval origins.
From here there are numerous trekking trails, including the famous G.T.E that is walked by hundreds of explorers every year. Not to be missed, the Volterraio Castle, the oldest fortification on the whole island, which in addition to its historical charm, will give you an incredible panorama, among the most beautiful ever.
A coast characterized by the art of mining, the eastern one is full of numerous viewpoints, paths to explore and unspoiled coves to discover, the ideal destination for those who dream of a peaceful vacation away from the city chaos.
La Corte Elbana will give you the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and be able to reach nearby Ortano with a pleasant walk, thanks to a pedestrian path that connects it to the little village by the sea, with its sandy beach mixed with stones washed by a very clear sea, perfect for snorkeling lovers.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate garbage and dispose of it.

Two-room apartment 6 beds (4 adults + 2 children or 5 adults)
Bright 85sqm apartment on two floors totally open space. It is accessed from the spacious living room with comfortable double sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower stall and washing machine and access to the dining kitchen, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen overlooks an exclusive outdoor courtyard, equipped for eating outside and shaded by an awning.
From the living room, via a wooden staircase you reach the upper floor where you will have at your disposal a large sea-view suite, with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a second bathroom.
The apartment is free on three sides and enjoys a large sea-view terrace; it has no air conditioning but is always cool and airy thanks to the house's exposure on two sides.
A reserved parking space is available about 50 meters from the house but with the possibility of temporary parking in front of the apartment for loading / unloading.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50,00 has to be paid
- small/medium size animals allowed
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
