Schöne Wohnung mit Schwächen

Es gab gutes wie auch schlechtes: Positiv: Gute Lage Tolle Aussicht Netter Vermieter Gute Küche mit Begrüßungsgetränken und einer Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln Negativ: Das Türschloss funktionierte nicht und die Klinke fiel fast ab. Bei der Anreise saßen wir bis 22:30 Uhr mit den Kindern vor der Tür, die weder wir noch diverse angetroffene Nachbarn aufsperren konnten. Einer Freundin des Vermieters gelang es schließlich doch. Am nächsten Morgen dasselbe Problem: die Türe ließ sich nicht schließen. Wir verschoben unseren Tagesausflug immer weiter nach hinten, bis wir die Wohnung schließlich bei geöffneter Tür verließen. Aber positiv: der Vermieter schickte noch am selben Tag einen Schlüsseldienst, der das Problem beheben konnte. Das Hauptproblem ist im Sommer sicherlich die fehlende Klimaanlage. Es war so heiß, dass man nur bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen konnte. Es gab Lärm von der Straße, aber zum Glück nur wenige Mücken. Des Weiteren gibt es in der Wohnung tagsüber und auch nachts immer wieder hohe Pieptöne, die sich nicht abstellen ließen. Man merkt es auch, wenn der Zug unter der Erde vorbeifährt. Geputzt war insgesamt recht gut, Die Tassen hatten allerdings noch Tee- oder Kaffeeränder der Vormieter und unter der Toilette klebte ein Blatt angetrocknetes Klopapier am Boden. Beide Betten/Sofas sind eine Katastrophe. Beim beigen Sofa spürt man die Federn extrem durch und das braune quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Katastrophe
