Cosy one bedroom flat in Rome with balcony, located on the third floor of a stately period building (with elevator), at a few steps from Via Merulana, where one can admire two of the four Basilicas of Rome: San Giovanni and Santa Maria Maggiore.The apartment is located in a strategic area of Rome, both for travellers and for businessmen, close to Via Merulana, where San Giovanni's Basilica is located, first priory of the Pope, close to the Coliseum and behind Colle Oppio (where the Domus area, Nerone’s villa, is found). In the vicinity are also Piazza Vittorio, Via Cavour, Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and Termini railway Station.

Different bus lines stop close to the property, leading to the city centre and Termini Station.
The closest metro stations are Manzoni (400 metres) and San Giovanni (600 metres).

This apartment is located outside the traffic limited area and parking on the road in Rome in the central areas is normally subject to a fee (delimited by blue stripes), from 8.00 to 20.00 with an ordinary rate of € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL.

The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for six people and a small table with 2 chairs.

The bathroom has a toilet and shower. It is not equipped with a bidet. The bathroom is accessed through the living room.
