The apartment is in a great location and within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. Also nearby are Via Cola di Rienzo, the shopping street with numerous boutiques, bars and restaurants.The Trionfale market, Rome's first local market and one of the largest in Italy and even Europe is a few minutes away.

Metro A, stations Cipro and Ottaviano are 7 minutes away and the Vatican is within a 15-minute walk. The "casa con ballatoio" represents sharing and the existence of a “common space” (the balcony) that often creates opportunities to meet with one's neighbours to fully experience a Roman atmosphere.

The living room has a sofa bed( 140cm x 190 cm) , television corner , a desk. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and paintings complete the living room furniture. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.
