The apartment has been totally renovated and refurbished in 2015 and is located in an Art Nouveau style building dating back to the early '900 with sculpture adorning the façade.

The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Metro Lima (red line), which in 4 stops leads to the Duomo and is a direct line to reach the Fiera di Rho.
- Metro Porta Venezia (red line)
- Metro Loreto (green and red lines)
- Bus 60 that takes you to the Central Station or Piazza San Babila

The area of Piazzale Bacone and Via Morgagni is a nice context of valuable buildings in Art Nouveau style from the early '900.
The area is rich in restaurants and bars, while Corso Buenos Aires, the famous shopping street, is about 100 meters away, thus easily reachable.
