The apartment is located just 5 minutes by foot away from Romolo metro stop (green line) and near bus line stops 90 and 91.

The apartment is located in a residential area close to Navigli neighbourhood. In front of the apartment is a large supermarket and there are some bars in the direct vicinity. A swimming pool is on 200 meters and a cinema on 500 meters.

This charming 95 sq.mt. apartment opens up directly onto a bright living room fitted with parquet flooring and furnished with a comfortable sleeping sofa, a coffee table, a 42” TV and a dining area with a table for 4 people. The living opens out onto a terrace overlooking Via Cassala, and leads to a fully equipped separate eat-in kitchen, fitted with all necessities including a table for 4 people, a dishwasher, a microwave and a traditional oven.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, comprising a master bedroom and a single bedroom, both fitted with parquet flooring and with access to the terrace. The two bathrooms are also in this part of the house, one fitted with a stall shower and washing machine and the other with bathtub.
The apartement is equipped with an air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The bedrooms face the street but not directly on the street (there is a court which leads to the gate which opens on the street); the glass pane windows are modern and it is silent. There are no bars or restaurants INSIDE the building (in any of our apartments) but the neighbourhood has plenty of bars.
