- this car park is in Mestre, near the "Venezia Mestre" train station;
you can reach Piazzale Roma by taking bus number 2 direction VENEZIA.

The one bedroom apartment, accessible from a common area belonging to the same structure, is spread over one floor and will be made entirely available for the duration of your stay. It is structured around a linear corridor along which the various rooms of which it is composed overlook.

The latter consist of: a double bedroom (with complete "en suite" bathroom), a service bathroom (without shower), a large living room (overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge, dining area, sofa bed, TV flat screen) and an independent kitchen.

The latter is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, moka coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric oven and laundry room (equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board).

The necessary for a comfortable stay is provided on site, namely: sheets and blankets, towels, toilet paper and courtesy kit in a number equal to the number of expected guests.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection. Hangers and two hairdryers are also available.
