The house welcomes guests with the spacious and bright living room furnished with double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Through French doors you The living room overlooks the covered porch and the villa's large private garden. The ground floor continues with the sleeping area, equipped with two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a queen-size bed, a closet, and a view of the garden. The cottage continues with the lower level equipped with a large tavern with a sofa, armchair and a dining table, an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. and finally a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and sink.

Amenities such as air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and heating for colder winters.

*Guests can park a car in the private parking space in part of the cottage.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the green moraine hills. This land forms the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: "Garda Classico." The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda, hosts theater companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, and historical and folklore reenactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent boating or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for younger people. There is also no shortage of long walks, bike paths, fields, a rich schedule of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season.
