THE SPACE

It is our promise to keep you safe during your stay with us. To this end, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

This modern self-contained apartment features a flat-screen TV in the main living room and master bedroom. The bedroom is heated and fan cooled and has a private bathroom. The open plan kitchen and living room are breezy with French doors opening onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, such as a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker and microwave oven. Iron and board, cable TV and wifi. Great place to stay and explore the island! Oldbury is your peaceful place to come home to after long days of swimming and surfing or exploring our beautiful island.

Guest access

Like our guests, enjoy the peaceful gardens. While the building has a no-smoking policy, we do provide front patio lawn seating for smokers, which is specifically for your enjoyment. There is a laundry area with a washing machine.
Other things to note
Cleaning fee:$60 per cleaning. Mandatory cleaning is required once a week, which includes changing bed linen, as well as bath and beach towels. Airbnb makes it easy to pay for one (1) cleaning service, if you stay more than one (1) week with us, you will have to pay for the following cleaning services at check-in.

The Barbados government has introduced a 10% accommodation tax on all tourist accommodation. This tax is mandatory and all guests will have this added to their accommodation charges. Cash payment is required at check-in.

Our goal is a responsible tourist.

Please make sure to close all windows and doors when you go out so that if it rains nothing gets wet.

No open flames, candle burning and/or incense anywhere on the property

Surfboards and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony. Use the garden area for storage.

No unauthorized overnight visitors are allowed.

Do not hang towels or clothes from the balcony or patio. Use the lines provided in the garden.

On the day of your cleaning service, we ask that you leave the apartment for at least 2 and a half hours so that the housekeeper can safely clean and change your towels and linens.

10:00 pm to 7:00 am is a quiet time, so please reduce the volume and be respectful of the needs of other guests.
