Nestled in the countryside yet only 2 miles from Porthtowan and Portreath villages. Access the local tramway which is ideal for cycling and walking, just 50 metres away. From the trail you can reach the sandy beach at Portreath or follow it the opposite direction to meet the coast at Devoran. If you don't bring your own bicycles, you can hire them just 0.5 miles from the property and explore on two wheels. This north coastal area offers excellent surfing and attractions to suit all ages, including the ruins of mine buildings around St Agnes and Cligga Point, Newquay, Godrevy, the Cornish Cider Farm, Newquay Zoo and Aquarium and Flambards theme park, all within 20 miles of the property.

The ground-level first double bedroom is accessed from the lounge and features French doors leading to the rear garden. Ascending the stairs, spotlights recessed within illuminate the way, ensuring safety in this charming yet slightly narrow staircase typical of an older Cornish cottage.
