This beautifully decorated 70m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

Please note that it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

The living room boasts a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is warm and filled with natural sunlight, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It also offers a balcony with stunning river views and outdoor furniture.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal.

There are two ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, a wardrobe, TV and high-quality linens for your comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming property is surrounded by some of the city's most iconic attractions. Guests will find the stunning Luís I Bridge and the famous Livraria Lello bookstore just a short walk away. In addition to its prime location near these must-see sights, the area is home to various top-rated restaurants and bars, including Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. With its central location, this property is the perfect home base for those exploring Porto.

It is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from São Bento station. This charming address offers easy access to transportation, allowing you to explore all that Porto has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
