Cottage situated 5 kilometers from Chinon.
Old house in tufa, completely restored in 2013. It consists of:
Ground floor: living room / lounge open kitchen, a bathroom / WC
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a play area / play, very popular with children
The cottage has a private garden of 75 m², a covered terrace, a lockable bike shed.
In addition to the private outdoor space, our large garden near the house, is open to our guests with trampoline, badminton net, slide.

Maison typique, très accueillante

Très bon accueil de notre hôte. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et très bien située pour les départs de balades à pied ou en vélo. Un grand merci à Vincent pour le prêt des vélos nous en avons bien profité. Excellent séjour

Thème de vacances : visites des château de la Loire.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Le gite est agréable malgré quelques fausses notes. Le gite est conforme à l'annonce mais les extérieurs sont décevants. Le patio était sale est le matériel de jardin aussi nous avons donc pas utilisé ce lieu. Le jardin est très petit avec des enfants c'est difficile. De plus la télévision n'a pas fonctionné durant les 15 jours de vacances. Plus, l'annonce ne précise pas que l'on ne capte pas niveau téléphone et internet. Grosses difficultés pour avoir du réseau. Bref un endroit bien placé pour visiter mais qui n'offre pas tout ce que je souhaitais avoir pour le confort de ma famille.

Séjour à la campagne

Nous avons profité de la région avec nos deux fils de 3 ans et 5 mois. Le jardin clos est idéal avec deux jeunes enfants. La maison est agreable, surtout le rdc par temps très chaud. Notre fils ainé a apprécié la présence de la chatte minette qui venait nous saluer le soir!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, accueil parfait du propriétaire et maison confortable. Idéal pour visiter les environs et au pieds des pistes cyclables. Vraiment parfait on reviendra avec joie.

Gemütliches Bauernhaus im Loire-Tal

Bei dieser Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein altes Bauernhaus mit dicken Mauern und Holzbalken, die ein sehr gutes Raumklima erzeugen. Auch wenn es nahe an einer großen Straße gelegen ist, schläft man dort sehr gut. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppel- und Einzelbett sowie zwei einzelne Betten, eine Spiel- oder Lümmelecke sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche verfügt über die nötigstem Utensilien. Ein wenig mehr Geschirr hätte es gern sein können, um nicht dauernd den Geschirrspüler laufen zu lassen. Der Außenbereich ist nicht besonders groß. Es gibt jedoch einen schönen überdachten Sitzplatz sowie einen Grill. Fahrräder lassen sich im Schuppen abstellen und Parken ist auch kein Problem. Von Beamont-en-Véron kann man viele Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Rad erreichen, wie Chinon oder Saumur, andere Orte mit dem Auto.

Gîte avec cachet très proche de Chinon, bien équipé et aména. Un peu froid (maison en pierre) et proximité de la route passante, que l'on entend pas une fois les fenêtres fermées.

Bel accueil et gîte confortable

Nous avons apprécié le confort et l'équipement du gîte. En effet, cette vieille bâtisse toute rénovée a beaucoup de charme, de plus le mobilier et les équipements variés sont neufs et très fonctionnels. La mise à disposition des vélos est un grand plus. A noter que le gîte se trouve à proximité de sentiers pédestres et cyclables dont la Loire à Vélo. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et a su répondre à nos interrogations. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

J ai été déçu par le gite. Il faisait très froid et nous avons dû payer 1 note de chauffage en partant. Le propriétaire nous à rien dit sur la consommation du chauffage. Dommage c est 1 gite que je ne recommanderais pas

Très jolie maison, bien équipée mais ... mauvaise surprise au départ de devoir payer la facture d'électricité pour le chauffage pour 3 nuits alors que nous suivi les réglages préconisés par le propriétaire. Après vérification, aucune information sur ce surcout n’était disponible lors de la réservation et aucun correctif n'a été apporté sur l'annonce depuis, malgré une alerte a Abritel.

Gite impeccable, très bien équipé et chaleureux. Petit bémol sur le dialogue avec le propriétaire un peu trop réservé mais neanmoins très gentil et arrangeant sur les horaires. Dommage que la cheminée ne soit pas en service :( Mérite largement ses 4 étoiles.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Eine wunderschöne Umgebung, mit allem was man für ein Ferienhaus an "Drumherum" benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, usw.)

Beautiful charming gite.

Bags of character but still with all mod cons to suit. Easy to find and the owners were great, basically let us get on with it. Lovely private enclosed garden and in the perfect location for either getting into Chinon or into the countryside and cycling through the sunflowers and vinyards.
