Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat, including all amenities and the private terrace. The building ensures easy access with a modern elevator and a secure entry system. While there are no locked areas, please respect any spaces marked for other uses or for neighbours.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, here are some important details to note:

- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule.
- Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys.
- No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken.
- Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.

- Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
