This beautiful first floor apartment is set within a stones throw of Southsea seafront and the wonderful walks along the promenade to the common. Entering the apartment through the front door into the hallway there is a lovely sunny sitting room to the front with plenty of comfortable seating and a large smart TV. The kitchen has been well equipped so guests can comfortably self cater for their stay including kettle, toaster, cafetiere, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric oven and gas hob. The hosts have also provided a washing machine and airer and an iron and ironing board.

There are two bedrooms to the rear of the property, one double and one twin. The bathroom has a shower cubicle.

Parking is available on street with a permit, please provide registration details before arrival so this can be booked for you.

The apartment is perfectly located to walk to the front or just up the road to the wonderful eclectic shops and restaurants on Albert Road...Nicholsons Tapas is a must try! Also on Albert Road you will find The Kings Theatre (easily within walking distance) host to many fantastic shows and occasionally they offer back stage ghost tours for the braver visitor. The Wedgewood Rooms host regular comedy nights which are great fun. Wondering along the from the apartment you are approximately 1/2 mile level walk to the sea front and a little further along you can hop on a hover craft to The Isle of Wight.

For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, there's just too much to do here in one day! While in the area why not take a trip to The Weald and Downland Museum, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, approximately 30 minutes drive and great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays just a short drive or bus ride from the apartment. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks from Emsworth Marina.
