The open-concept living room invites you to unwind on a homely sofa, catch your favourite shows on the 48 inch wide-screen TV with fast fibre broadband/WIFI, and enjoy meals at the dining table. Bathed in natural sunlight, this warm and welcoming space is perfect for relaxation.

Our fully equipped modern kitchen awaits your culinary creativity. It features Neff oven, microwave and gas hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. As well as all essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals. Feel free to use any items in the kitchen including coffee, tea, condiments and ingredients. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with 4 chairs.

Retreat to the charming bedroom, complete with a super king-sized bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, all adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for the utmost comfort.

Refresh in the well-appointed bathroom with its walk-in shower, free-standing bath and underfloor heating, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming property is ideally situated for those looking to explore the city. A few minutes walk from the flat are a multitude of cafes, a boulongerie, Italian delicatessens, wine and cheese shops, pub, pharmacy, dry cleaners as well as the famous Daunt Books. There is also a late opening Tesco Express convenience store with an ATM. Nearby are gyms with pay as you go classes. Portobello Market is just 15 minutes walk away along with the iconic Electric Cinema & Diner. You are also close to the popular shopping destinations of High Street Kensington, Notting Hill, Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road. Westfield Shopping Centre with its 400 stores and dining venues is just a 12 minute walk away. Holland Park itself and the Kyoto Gardens are only 5 minutes away. There are frequent buses and taxis on Holland Park Avenue. There is a Santander bicycle rental stand a few minutes away. With its prime location and proximity to transportation options, this property is ideal for travellers looking to experience the best of the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
