There's an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, kettle, and toaster, a dining area and a sitting room with Smart TV. Gas central heating and underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's private driveway parking for up to 2 cars, a non-enclosed gravelled patio with furniture and shared paddock with stream. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.3 miles.
