Welcome to East Street ! We invite you come spend some time at our gorgeous large home in the heart of the Historic District. We offer three full floors of luxury living along with a front porch, screened in porch and private back patio area- such a rare treat in Downtown Annapolis.This house was purchased in August of 2017 so everything is in great shape .Please note - rental properties are not allowed parking in the city so our guests use one of the numerous city garages within blocks .
We are a full time rental property so there is plenty of room for all of your personals - no sharing drawer space or closets with owners.
Come live like the locals and walk a few blocks to all the sites- we are less than a hundred steps from the state house, three blocks from the Naval Academy /City Dock and about 5 minutes from St Marys and The Annapolis Yacht Club. We can accommod . Whatever your reason for visiting town we invite you to come stay at our full time rental property and make new memories !

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the house is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the backyard for eating and sitting out at night. The property was gorgeous and the bedrooms comfortable. It was the perfect spot to enjoy family and the docks and restaurants of Annapolis. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding, perfect location, must see! This property is exceptional and quaint. We were there with family for a wedding. This property had everything you would need for an awesome stay. The location was absolutely perfect. A beautiful property with unique furnishings that added to the beauty and personality of this place. This house is perfect for a family or friend group visiting Annapolis for a celebration or event. First, it is very convenient to St. John's College, the other college in Annapolis, Main Street, and the harbor. The street is a perfect historic Annapolis street, with convenient access to a wine/commestibles store and the Brown Mustache Coffee Shop for your evening and morning needs. All four bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, so you can enjoy a morning breakfast at home or host an evening happy hour or dinner. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, and the back porch and courtyard are absolutely lovely. There's room for everyone to gather or get away from each other, whichever is more appealing at the time. A wonderful, elegant, well furnished home base in Annapolis!

Really great place in a great location
This house was very clean and spacious, and well designed. It looks even better in person than in the photos. We went with our 4 year old, 8 month old and my mom, and there was room for everyone. The area is also super central to everything. My only complaint is that the bedroom on the top floor was freezing at night and doesn’t seem to be connected to the heating system. But we made it work. If you are considering this location I would book!

Lovely old house right in downtown Annapolis. Plenty of space for the 6 of us (2 couples, 2 singles). Megan was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the front door. If anything the house was actually quite a bit nicer than it looked from the photos. Would absolutely come back.
