This delightful 109 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The main bedroom includes a double bed, the second has a bunk bed that fits two people, and the third features a convertible bed that turns into a double one and a lovely balcony. All three bedrooms are equipped with linens and have multiple storage spaces.

There is a full bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and a service bathroom.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Discover Miradouro do Pico do Facho, a breathtaking overlook in the area's heights. Stroll around Quinta do Santo (Santo António da Serra), where you can wander through a hidden paradise of lush vegetation.

Enjoy the tranquillity of Parque Ribeira Primeira, an enchanting spot with beautiful views of the region. Follow the path of Levada dos Maroços and Levada do Caniçal for a breathtaking journey along the river. Embark on a captivating journey through Levada da Serra do Faial, where you can witness the beauty of the landscape.

Explore Vereda do Larano and Solar do Ribeirinho, two unique spots filled with local charm.

No public transport is nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car.

Madeira Airport is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
