It is an ideal base for sightseeing or days on the beach. Letting from Saturday to Saturday, it is perfect for a family of four or a spacious property for two.
This two bedroom apartment combines character beams and exposed granite walls with a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. There is a private patio courtyard and a parking space suitable for a small car (dimensions below) - a rarity in St Ives!
The lounge/dining area has a comfy sofa and armchair, wifi/internet access, a Wifi enabled tv and a DAB radio/stereo. The dining area has a good sized table with four chairs.
The modern well-equipped kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including a Tassimo coffee machine, washer/dryer, microwave etc.
The spacious master bedroom has access to the patio, a double bed with a built-in wardrobe/storage and a dressing table with mirror.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and chests of drawers - we can also offer a king size sofabed option in the lounge if preferred.
The tiled family bathroom has a shower/bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
All linen and towels are provided - guests just need to bring their own beach towels.

On-site parking for one small car (space 5.18m long, 1.98m wide). It is a tight space and guests may prefer to use it to unload and park elsewhere.
Out of season flexible breaks (4 days or more) can be available on request. Minimum charge 75% of weekly rate to cover costs.
