Beautiful Villa Shaleo with panorama view in Tusca

Villa Shaleo is located not far from Marliana, in the hills of Tuscany. This rustic villa fully reflects the atmosphere of the area in which it is located. The pleasant interior is ideal for relaxing and playing, and the green garden with a panoramic view of the landscape will leave you breathless. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is designed for 6 people and also welcomes pets.

The interior of the villa covers 200 m² and consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and SAT TV. Next to it there is a playroom with table football. The kitchen with dining room is located on the 1st floor of the house and can be reached by stairs from the playroom or by stairs from the outside. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal, as well as a full set of dishes for cooking and serving. All rooms are air conditioned.

On the 2nd floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers and TV, and one can accommodate a baby cot. In the rooms, the warmth of rustic details and wooden furniture intertwine with contrasting stone walls.

The villa is surrounded by a 2000 m² garden, where you will find an idyllic rural atmosphere. Amongst the olive trees, there is a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the countryside, and in front of the pool there are sun loungers from which you can continue to admire the view, this time in the dry. If you want to hide from the sun, you can move to the lounge area hidden in the shade of the gazebo. In the evening, you can head to the vine-covered outdoor dining area to socialize and enjoy barbecue. And of course, the view. And after dinner, you can relax with a game of ping-pong.
