The first of 3 bedrooms on the ground floor has two twin beds, the second includes an en suite and king size bed.
The last of the beds on this floor is a comfortable double bed with the main family bathroom nearby completing the ground floor.
Heading upstairs you have the master 4th bedroom complete with super king bed and en suite offering a bit of luxury for guests to enjoy and have a dreamy nights sleep in.
The last room is a snug/games room to sit and have some quite time with a book or to enjoy.
Outside there extensive fenced gardens with decking a lawned areas to enjoy.
Guests have use of the garden shed to store bikes or surf equipment.

The small village of Cayton located just outside of Scarborough and offers some lovely convenience shops, bars and one of the best restaurants on the coast.
The Farrier is a superb restaurant, to avoid disappointment you may need to book your table before travelling as they rarely have tables available for walk ins but comes highly recommended.

Located within a mile of the stunning beach at Cayton bay which is regularly home to the surfing world championship so perfect for the more active but equally suitable for a gentle romantic stroll along the sandy beaches taking in the natural beauty of the coastline.

For the more adventurous you have cycle pathways and an outdoor water park nearby to keep even the most active of people entertained.

Nearby Scarborough boasts The Open Air Theatre which is an outdoor venue for bands, and singers, or enjoy a night at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre, that's the home of local playwright Alan Ayckbourn.

With so much to do in the area a visit to Peasholm Park is a must, voted in the top ten parks in the UK. With a rich history and after having recently received a prestigious Green Flag Award, this oriental themed municipal park offers a beautiful system of streams and waterfalls, mini bridges and mystical gardens for the whole family to enjoy. The park is also home to the world famous Naval Warfare (July and August) – a unique miniature sea battle that has been shown on television screens across the globe. A unique family holiday attraction and possibly the longest running show of all time.

The Alpamare water park with its outdoor pools, wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides is also nearby to add to the many attractions that Scarborough has to offer.

Other attractions include a trip to see the seals, penguins, sharks, turtles at the Sea e Centre. Then onto Scarborough Castle with its 3,000 years of history to enjoy.

A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required before arrival and returned within 72 hours of departure subject to an inspection.
