On the ground-floor, there is a bathroom and shower room. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and there is a utility, sitting room and games room. There is off-road parking and gardens to the front and rear. Within 0.2 miles is a shop and a pub is 0.3 miles away. Dogs are welcome, please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFI, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £650. Please note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property, the nearest charging facility is at The Groe car park in Builth Wells which is approximately 4 miles away
