The apartment Poggio Estivo will give you the perfect opportunity to discover the “green soul” of Elba Island spending a relaxing holiday immersed in the typical Elba countryside, in a quiet and green area. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday by the sea but also in total relax, just outside Portoferraio, Elba’s main city, which is only 3 km away. Portoferraio offers all essential services, as well as cafés and restaurants that will make your holiday even more unforgettable. Some of the most beautiful local beaches are just a few kilometers away. Among them, Biodola suggestive sandy beach and Scagliere and Forno’s coves; near the apartment is also Napoleon’s summer residence, Villa San Martino, one of the most important historical sites of Elba. The beautiful Lacona beach, on the southern side of the island, is just a few minutes away by car. This beach is famous for its sloping seabed, perfectly safe for children, and the magnificent pine forest that surrounds it.
Apartment 2/3 pax: the very nice accommodation available to our guests measures about 35 square meters, is a portion of a typical farmhouse recently renovated, in a beautiful location with view and a few kilometers from the most famous beaches of Portoferraio, such as Biodola, Scaglieri, Le Ghiaie, Sansone etc. The apartment has independent entrance from the ground floor and consists of a small but comfortable living room with sofa bed, a well equipped kitchenette (with 4 gas burners, oven, refrigerator with small freezer) and TV; a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, in front of the house a comfortable space for guests with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue area. The property is renovated and the furniture is new, modern and functional, with wi-fi, air conditioning, heating and the private parking space inside the property.

Arrivals: check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, air condition included. Final cleanings: € 95,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
