Comfortable house for 4/6 pers with sea view and 10min walk to the beaches!

Comfortable house with private parking at walking distance (10 minutes) from the beach. Please note!!! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are independently located! As there is no internal connection between the bedrooms, it is NOT suitable for families with SMALL children who cannot yet sleep separately from their parents.
However, it is extremely well suited for families with adult children, couples or friendly couples who would like to have their bedrooms and bathrooms independent from each other.
The house is fully fenced in and upon entrance one enters on the upper floor where there is a living room cum kitchen (+/-30m2). From the living room you can access a balcony with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The new kitchen(2024) is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and fridge.
From the entrance there is a spacious bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with fitted wardrobe and access to a nice shaded terrace with table and chairs. From this terrace you have beautiful views towards the sea.
On the other side of the corridor is a new bathroom (2024) with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.
If you walk outside, you will find an annexe (small studio) in the courtyard with a second bedroom (bed 140 x 200) with new air conditioning and built-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin.
Under the upper floor of the house is a third separate bedroom with spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. This can be booked on request and at extra cost. We will be happy to inform you!
The centre of the village of Rayol Canadel sur mer is 2 km away. A cycle path (former train track) connecting Toulon and St Raphael runs right below the house.
The towns of Cavalaire, le Lavandou and Bormes-les-Mimosas are nearby and can also be reached by bike. From these villages you can visit the islands of Poquerolle, Ile Levant and Port Cros by boat.
