The neighborhood is the perfect option for residents and visitors, thanks to its wide variety of shops and restaurants, in addition to its typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces that guarantee a great experience for those who want to get to know Madrid.

This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with different bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that connect directly with Sol and Gran Vía, making getting to the center of Madrid very quick and easy.

The living room is a bright space with a TV, and a spacious dining table that in turn integrates a pleasant American kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils. . This space also has an exit to a wonderful terrace with furniture and a good orientation.

It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have double beds one with an en-suite bathroom and the third room has one single bed. In addition, the apartment has another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.
